Here is the story of a family struggling with their dog’s (one lab mix and a malinois). Their dog training success is because of the hard work and dedication. We are so happy that they were able to enjoy their calm family dog.
We tried many techniques and trainers before landing at The Calm K9. We did a four week boarding train and the changes in our girl were amazing! They really took the time to listen to our issues and sent us home with the tools to continue working with our dog once she transitioned back home. We have learned so much and really appreciate that they are there for us with help anytime an issue pops up and we aren’t sure how to correct. This is not, in my opinion, a magic cure and you will pick up a perfect dog. You will however have a dog that understands what you are trying to communicate to them. The work really started when we got home and must continue but as stated before they set you up for success. We also learned not to see and treat our dog as a toddler in a dogs body. We learned to give her love with leadership and structure she needs. If it wasn’t for their help and guidance life would have continued to be unbearable with our dog. Thank you!!
